How it works.
- Read over the fundraiser packet.
We have all the posters, letters, and forms that you’ll need. - Determine how much you want to raise.
We recommend between $2,500 and $15,000. - Pick your fundraising dates and let us know.
We recommend at least three weeks. - Choose how you’d like to conduct the fundraiser…
Either…
Take orders for product with a pickup date after the
completion of the fundraiser.
or…
Offer product at the fundraising event.*
*If you wish to offer product at the fundraising event
we will work with you to supply freezers or coolers to make this easy. - Launch the fundraiser.
We recommend holding the fundraiser at high traffic locations like
Sprouts, Kroger’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply.
Talk it up on social media and local news outlets. - Deliver the product to your donors.
We will be there with the beef and coolers to help with delivery.
