Brats are uncooked and should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° to 175° F.
• Grill: Place brats on a hot grill for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 4-6 minutes. Avoid cutting slits in the brats as this will cause them to lose juices. • Roast: Place brats on tray in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes, turning frequently. • Sautée: Cut brats into 1” thick slices and pan fry them with oil and sliced onions. They can stay in the refrigerator, in their unopened vacuum package, for 3-4 weeks.
