Weights on individual cuts are approximate.
We use sirloin tip steak for our pre-sliced fajita strips. This is the perfect cut to use but since it’s already sliced for you, be sure to cook it hot and fast to keep it from drying out and getting tough.
For a more juicy and tender method, marinade the strips in a citrus base marinade for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Be sure to squeeze some limes over it after it’s cooked to make the perfect fajitas!
