The beefy short ribs have plenty of meat, with great marbeling, and robust flavor, definatly a game changer for any braise or dry rub recipe. Great on the grill too. Remember to brown your Short Ribs first to add an extra layer of flavor.

Or…add some strong red wine and cook low and slow by braising, using the sear and crockpot method and you’ll have a very flavorful tender cut of meat to enjoy after the work is all complete.
