Our coarse ground chuck is a favorite for making chili, soups, or for something incredible—form it into patties and the air entrapped pockets fill with juices and you’ll enjoy the most tender, juicy, and tasty burger on the planet!
So what’s the difference between ground Chuck, Round, and Sirloin? Well, it’s all about how lean the meat is: Chuck is 80% lean, Round 85% lean, and Sirloin 90% lean.
Remember, you’re eating grass-fed beef where all the nutrition benefits are found in the FAT. Omega-3, CLA’s, Vitamins, and beta carotene are all found in the fat, and not in the LEAN.
