So what’s the difference between ground Chuck, Round, and Sirloin? Well, it’s all about how lean the meat is: Chuck is 80% lean, Round 85% lean, and Sirloin 90% lean.
Remember, you’re eating grass-fed beef where all the nutrition benefits are found in the FAT. Omega-3, CLA’s, Vitamins, and beta carotene are all found in the fat, and not in the LEAN.
