Southern Ridge Farm is known for its great tasting links—and this is one of our biggest sellers. Our Italian sausage is made from seasoned ground pork stuffed into natural casings. This versatile sausage is made with fennel seeds and red pepper flakes and other spices. It’s the perfect sausage for so many delicious recipes. Or the next time you have a cookout, throw these on the grill and eat them like hot dogs.

Sausages are uncooked and should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° to 175° deg.

• Grill: Place Sausage on a hot grill for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 4-6 minutes. Avoid cutting slits in the Sausage as this will cause it to lose juices.
• Roast: Place Sausage on tray in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes, turning frequently.
• Sautée: Cut Sausage into 1” thick slices and pan fry them with oil and sliced onions.

They can stay in the refrigerator, in their unopened vacuum package, for 3-4 weeks
