Smoked Kielbasa is one of our most popular sausages. It can be eaten like a brat/hot dog, combined with other ingredients in stews, soups, casseroles, and sauces, and it can be added to a charcuterie board to be dipped in mustard, horseradish, or sauerkraut.
• Grill: Place Sausage on a hot grill for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 4-6 minutes. Avoid cutting slits in the Sausage as this will cause it to lose juices. • Roast: Place Sausage on tray in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes, turning frequently. • Sautée: Cut Sausage into 1” thick slices and pan fry them with oil and sliced onions.
They can stay in the refrigerator, in their unopened vacuum package, for 3-4 weeks
