You get two ~8 oz. trout fillets, pin-bones removed, skin on one side, heads and tails off.
Starting with a high flow rate from the waters of Shining Rock National Wilderness, the Easons use no antibiotics and no hormones to grow out their trout. All feed is non-gmo and free of mammalian by-product. It’s also certified lab tested to be free of PCB’s, mercury, or any pesticides.
