Try laying the bacon ends out on a cake pan, drizzle some honey over the squares, and then sprinkle a little smoked cayenne pepper over the lot. Toss them in the oven at 400 deg for about 25 minutes or until cooked to your taste. You’ve just created the worlds greatest redneck hors d’oeuvres.

That’s not all…bake it and crumble it over salads, add it to hamburger, use it as pizza toppings, add it to a charcuterie board, or throw a little in the next batch of jam you make.
