Beef Bacon

This is a variation of our most popular Maple Brown Sugar pork bacon, simply made with beef. Having the same great flavor profile as its pork equivalent, beef bacon is more savory and rich tasting than pork. Because it’s more lean than pork it has about three times higher protein content than pork, it doesn’t cook away like pork bacon, and it doesn’t get as crispy.

Made from antibiotic and vaccine free, grass fed, 100% pasture raised cows, that were never exposed to pesticides or herbicides. Our bacon contains no artificial smoke, no flavor enhancers, no nitrites except those found naturally occurring in celery roots.
