Maine Lobster Tail

A true delicacy, our flash frozen lobster tails tastes as fresh as if they were just pulled out of the cold Atlantic Maine waters. Lobster tail meat is white, meaty, sweet, firm and just plain delicious. Lobsters need no additional seasoning, and are delicious cooked with a little oil or butter, and served with dipping butter. They do not have a fishy flavor, rather they are sweet, and fresh.

Simple to cook, they are excellent grilled, boiled, or baked.
