Mock Tender Steak

This little known cut, also called the Teres Major Steak, is the second most tender cut of meat on a cow.  It has more flavor than the most tender cut: filet mignon. It is also much more economical compared to ribeye or strip loin, coming in at less than half the price of filet mignon.
