Canadian Bacon

Apple wood smoked Canadian Bacon tastes very similar to ham. Made from the loin muscle, the same meat that make us pork chops you’ll fall in love with this bacon. It's sweeter, less salty, and is leaner than traditional side bacon. It's also more tender than belly bacon and doesn’t crisp up or shrink as much when cooked. The perfect breakfast food, great on eggs Benedict or egg and bacon sandwiches. It’s really versatile beyond breakfast, and so easy to incorporate it into your meals to give them a new pizazz.

Made from antibiotic and vaccine free, pasture raised pigs, that were never exposed to pesticides or herbicides. Our bacon contains no artificial smoke, no flavor enhancers, no nitrites except those found naturally occurring in celery roots.
